Had this in conception but being impatient, too used to AIBU I think!!

Ok so have had some bleeding today on day 21 of cycle, quite red/pinky def not brown, not heavy as period but def not spotting iykwim. Also I'm on the pill although forgot to take a couple recently as LO has been sick and I've been so busy. (I know stupid)

Had sex on day 15/16 of cycle I think, not sure of exact day but it was start of the past week sometime.

So worried as my LO is only 7mo and im going back to work next wk, and we don't have the space or money for another baby.

Didn't have implantation bleeding in first pregnancy btw.

DH is away all day so can't even talk to him. Can anyone shed any light, do u think it could be implantation bleeding based on the dates?

I burned up hot on the day of my implantation bleed which was 10dpo. I got a bfp 2 days before period was due. Can't advise on yours, but mine was v light, pinky and watery, with the most obvious symptom being my need to sit naked by an open door, mid October, for an hour to cool down! (Luckily, we are not overlooked!!)
Please try not to worry. We as humans, women particularly, adapt very well to all kinds of things, even if we don't think we can cope before! I hope things work out for you. Keep us posted x

I had bleeding 11 days after ovulation, thought period started early but it only lasted 2 days. Just enough to wear a pad but no where near a normal period.

Still bleeding a bit, but only notice when I go to loo just, and I don't know whether I've just convinced myself but I feel crampy twisty pains in my belly area too, but I have IBS so very confusing.

Won't be able to do a test for nearly a wk I think as AF isn't due for a wk, I don't know how I'll cope not knowing either way.

It may be because you missed your pills you are getting a breakthrough bleed. If you are on the combined oral contraceptive you can afford to miss a couple of tablets and still be covered contraceptively but I wouldn't advise this as a regular thing and it dies depend on whereabouts in your pill packet you are when you miss the doses how many are safe to miss.

I reckon I had some implantation bleeding this time (didn't last time), which was in the form of very light, pinkish bleeding for a couple days, exactly when my period was due, so also thought was just my period.

Agree with sharond11 though, it may just be a breakthrough bleed. Wasn't on the pill this time, but had been before that for many years, and when I did miss a pill, my period did sometimes come early! I think you may want to wait a few days and see if it develops into a period... or you could take a test :)

Hope it's just a change in hormones, after waking up this morn I feel I'm really not ready for another baby yet, the timing is awful really. Felt better about it yesterday tbh.

How soon could I take a test, i finish my pack of pills on Sunday (day21) then my AF usually come the tue following that so I think it would be far too early to test! Aaargghh wish I just knew either way!!
