wearing a bra to bed...

Am I supposed to wear a bra to bed? I was told I should by a friend to help prevent stretch marks. But my boobs already have stretch marks from when I was a teen and I got even more very early on in pregnancy. Is there another reason why I should wear one? I'm more comfortable without, but don't want to damage my boobs!

Wearing or not wearing a bra will not prevent stretch marks or sagging. If you are more comfortable without then don't bother.

There's no way I could wear a bra to bed too uncomfortable. Actually havnt worn a proper bra since I was 10 weeks - iv been wearing sports bras for comfort lol now 31 weeks & so far no stretch marks Grin

Hey if you do want to wear something to bed bhs sell crop tops. I got some for my last pregnancy cos I had to as my boobs started leaking after about 16 weeks so had to put breast pads in! Am 14 weeks now and just waiting for the leaks to start again! Also a good idea for after you have had baby and way cheaper than any night time maternity bras which are a rip off

I am 24 weeks pregnant and I hate bras. They are the most torturous contraptions ever, (despite getting properly fitted for some by the way, I still hate them). The thought of wearing one in bed to sleep in fills me with horror.

I don't want to scare the locals so I am still wearing one when I'm out and about but as soon as I can I remove mine in the safety of my own house. In fact when I drove dd to her dads the other day the first thing I did after waving goodbye from the car was park the car around the corner in a quiet street and remove my bra underneath my clothes before driving home. I simply couldn't bear it anymore. I am lucky no one saw me - I would have got some odd looks I am sure. :o
