quark cheese-is it safe in pregnancy?

Its soft cheese so I'm not sure-bought it by accident have been wanting cottage cheese all day and meant to buy that! Can I eat it?

Its great for baking! ANd def safe then because it will be cooked! Any brioche recipe will benefit with a big dollop of quark in it, for extra softness and moisture! Im sure its as safe as Philadelphia, ricotta, mascarpone etc, its all the same group of cheese products. Its a bit like a set yoghurt if you eat it, good with jam! Enjoy!

Thank you! Just well and truly freaked myself out by looking at a site about listeria. And feta cheese is named as unsafe which I thought was ok and have been wolfing down with my salads!
