Baby movement pattern

I'm 29 weeks with DC3 and he seems to not move an awful lot throughout the day, but then come 8pm he doesn't stop moving for hours.

Cannot remember what it was like with my previous 2, but does this sound like a normal kind of movement pattern? Does it mean I'm going to have a baby that sleeps all day and is awake all night (oh joy!)???

I have fairly similar patterns although am a month further along so I do notice a bit more in the day.

Mine goes mental from about 9-10.30 pm. Especially if I am having a nice lie down on the sofa watching the tv. He moves more at that time than the rest of the day put together.

Mine is also prety quiet throughout the mornings then seems to stir about lunchtime and really gets in his stride throughout the early evening. He seems to be most wriggly about an hour or so after eating. Like his dad in many respects.

Apparently thats quite a common pattern. The baby is lulled/rocked to sleep through the day from you moving around and then as soon as you sit or lie still at night its wide-awake time

yep my baby was the same until two weeks ago, hit 30 weeks and little one can be awake all day and half the night now, I find though that if I have two active days I usually have one really quiet one afterwards

I'm only 26 weeks, but my baby kicks on and off throughout the day (more like little movememnts) but come the evening she is rolling around all over the place!! Especially as I lie down to go to sleep :)
