gender scan (odd question)

I know this might sound paranoid but I have two boys already and have been for my 22 week scan where they said its possibly a girl because of three little white lines but they cant say for definate
when I had the boys it was a definate yes anyone could tell they where boys it was so obvious

now for the paranoid bit I am wondering what everyone elses girls looked like and whether I can get excited I would love a little girl but I dont want to get my hopes up incase its a boy and I am dissapointed even though I am sure I would love it I would love to buy pink

If they say it's a boy they are more likely to be right than if they say it's a girl unfortunately. IIRC, the testicles can look rather like labia if everything else is tucked away!

You can only be 100% sure when the baby arrives...

I've got two boys and hoping for a girl in june but not going to find out. Apparantly they can tell 99% on a boy but girls are much harder. I don't want to get my hopes up for a girl only to give birth to a boy. Just think its a boy then you'll be all suprised when its a girl!!

I have it on good authority that if it is a girl then there is a distinctive "hamburger " shape, ie the outer lips are the bun and the inner lips are the burger (sorry if TMI!!) and if it's a boy it's more a snail shape.

Haing said that I have four DDs and could never tell they were girls even when this was pointed out on the screen, and this unborn baby is a boy and even when the sonographer said look there's the willy and there's the big balls (DH was v. proud at that!!) I STILL couldn't make head nor tail of it all. Maybe I'm just thick
