'Special' moses baskets...

...hiya ladies!

I'm 33 weeks pregnant tomorrow with a little girl.

I'm buying her moses basket on Saturday and they're all rubbish on the mainstream websites!

I want a really special one, nice and frilly and really girly, i know her comfort is no 1 priorty and i would never jepordise that i'm going to get her a good one i just want a lovely one!!

Does anyone know any good websites or any shops, i'm in Manchester but would be willing to travel like half an hour say to Chester/Liverpool etc?

I've compromised on everything else but i really want this gorgeous one thing after going through the torture of labour lol

I'm not sure where does good girly frilly ones, but just wanted to point out that babies are only in their moses basket for about 3 or 4 months before they grow out of them....

We stopped using ours at 4 weeks

Our ds slept in his for a grand total of 10 hours (not all at one time and actually prob not even sleeping for all of it) to make it even more funny we had one upstairs and one downstairs so I didn't have to carry it around the house!

Many babies are only in moses basket for the first 6 to 8 weeks. You would be better investing in a really nice cot or buggy.
