I mean before you found out you were pregnant, did you get any weird cravings, or long for different foods?
Did any smells bother you? Did you have any funny feelings?

Im asking as on Saturday morning, me and DH DTD and when i went to my dresser to get ready, i noticed i hadnt taken Fridays pill, like panic (im not trying)! So i googled and NHS said that taking the two on Saturday is fine, but i had a slight break through and im not even kidding that the only things i want to eat are dairy (cheese, cream cheese, ice cream and more cheese) and salty popcorn.

On Sunday when i was making coffee, the smell made me gag - and i know some people get a coffee aversion, and I had a little breakthrough (due to the missed pil) but im fingers crossing (2 more days of pills) that my period comes as normal.

The thing is, we dooooo want more, but just not yet as DS is 10m, we were both planning on sometime when he is 3 or at the very least stringing a good sentence together and potty trained!

Im hoping this is just me going through a phase of fancying cheese but if anyone has anything that may be of use , even a 'it will be fine, you're just feeling very cheesy' at the mo - that would be cool too!

Thanks
x

I think that although some people have symptoms early it would be very unusual to have symptoms so early, as they usually start after implantation. So I would imagine it is coincidence, although its not impossible for you to be pregnant

What type of pill are you on? The mini pill or the combined pill you have a seven day break on? Depending where you are in your pill packet of the combined pill you are safe to miss up to a few days and still be covered for contraceptive use.

Hmm well of course you may well be, but it does sound unlikely that you would be having food cravings that early on... I was tired and nauseous from about week 3 this time and I thought that was early! I also did imagine I was pregnant at times when DS (now 18 months) was much younger, notably while breastfeeding, but I think that may also have been paranoia due to not really wanting to be pregnant just yet Hmm or otherwise my hormones doing weird things while breastfeeding!!
