Due in 2.5 weeks, had internal Saturday, bloody discharge now?

I am 37+5, I had bad pressure on Friday so was admitted overnight. I had an internal at 12 midday on Saturday to check how things were, I was no dialated, but, the midwife said my waters would be easy to break and that I was very favourable. She did not do a sweep.
Saturday night at 9pm I had quite a lot of bloody discharge, which I expected, and it faded away by Sunday afternoon.
Now I have blood tinged discharge again, Is this likely to be as a result of the internal or might things be happening?
This is my 4th child.

I coukd well be a show and things coukd be happening!
Do you have any pains x

I didn't think they could break your waters unless you were 2cm dilated anyway?

Sounds like something could be happening anyway, at 37w you're full term anyway so actually you could go into labour at any time

I was induced on my last child as well, I was 1cm when they broke my waters that time.
No pains at all, just cranky and tired and sort of wanting it to be all over
