Early pregnancy symptons with dc2, same as dc1???

I'm currently ttc dc2 and just wondered whether the early symptons of pregnancy were the same second time round? Pregnancy tests are saying negative but i'm feeling pregnant, although with my first pregnancy i had incredibly sore breasts before i got a positive test, and don't have that at the moment. What's other mn's experiences of their second pregnancy compared to their first?

With my 1st pregnancy, I just knew. Boobs hurt, tired all the time, needing a wee all the time, feeling nauseous constantly and my periods were so regular as soon as I didn't come on I took a test and I was right. With this one (Im 14 weeks tomorrow), nothing! I was starting to believe the test was wrong but have not long had my scan and I definitely am.

I'm not feeling any real symptoms yet with 2nd pregnancy apart from mild cramping but I've only just missed my period. With the first preg I had cramping and my boobs (esp nipples) hurt like hell before I'd even missed AF and then nausea and tiredness kicked in about a week later. Boobs aren't sore at all this time and so far no nausea
