Having trouble choosing healthy options, I'm naturally slim but feel I am lacing
Energy etc. Also craving chocolate which is wreaking havoc on my skin.
I know I need to try more fluids,
What else can I try that's easy to stick to, me + DD are generally busy every day
So suitable for on the go and dinner time, snacks etc?
We both have porridge every morning.
Also need to eat to help digestive system..
