This is a gorgeous mousse-like pud so no fear of uncooked eggs! You can use pretty much any type of fruit for the bottom.

Baby likes chocolate...

Nope - I buy lots of Aero mousse Grin Its lush and not very high in calories so I can eat 3 at a time Grin

I am following Davina's approach (though with Sainsbo's own - I am real classy). Plus, although I'm generally pretty cautious, I have no worries whatsoever about raw egg in stuff I've made myself, as all UK supermarket eggs have the Lion stamp, which means they are from chickens vaccinated against salmonella. Of course, I'd still cheerfully wolf down either of these recipe suggestions though!
