I am just over 6 weeks pregnant and for the last few days have been feeling really rough, nauseous and tired. Yesterday was the worst, felt like a terrible hangover, felt sick all day and had to have two naps in the afternoon. Woke up ths morning however and I feel great, appetite back, no sickness, no sore bobs. I know symptoms can come and go but I can't believe how much better I suddenly feel. I'm very lucky to have had an early scan and saw baby's heartbeat at 5 weeks 6 days but I've also had 4 m/c so I am worrying about every wee thing. Anyone else's symptoms just stop suddenly?

Mine stopped for three days at around six weeks then I realised how minor they had been to begin with when they returned much worse than before. There is alot of fluctuation to begin with and its so natural to worry. I am 26weeks now and still panic when I don't feel as pregnant as I did an hour ago or a day ago or last week.
