Can someone... anyone please give any tips on making it more bearable? I have DS 5 and DS 1, and chasing around after them is making it soooo painful! :(

I had terrible upper back pain from about 4 months to 7 months pregnant.. then baby's head dropped and the pain suddenly went away.. I had about 5 weeks of respite and now it's back again Sad But am 38 + 4 so the end is nigh Grin. The only comfort I get is putting hot water bottle on the site area.. I do ante-natal yoga and saw a Pilates physio which helped but didn't cure it. I take two Panadol Advance every night when I go to bed and usually get 4-5 hrs sleep. Dunno if any of that helps but you have my TOTAL sympathy!!!

I started a thread about this last week as I too have been in agony (35 weeks now) I'm seeing physio on tues but apparently baby is back to back and that's why I'm.in so much pain.

I'm finding not much helps, but I've tried hot baths, hot water bottles, bouncing on my maternity ball, being on all 4s, constant taking of paracetamol, oh and sleeping with pillows wedged between my legs and behind me too.

Hope some of that will help for you too. I'm counting down the weeks to giving birth now as I can see that being the only relief to this!
