Partial Show and still no baby

Feeling a bit frustrated. I had a partial show on monday, plenty of contractions for hours but then they just stop.

Went to the hospital and they said cervix still not ready. Just fed up now.

Has anyone else had this and taken a long time to go into labour?

Yes I had this - went on for a couple of weeks. It's a good sign though that things are beginning to happen.

seems to be always at night lol. Last night got no sleep felt like someone had kicked me in between the legs 10 times.

Dont get me wrong happy to be having baby but fed up now.
