Just done the first set fine, felt good. but now on the 2nd part, "core" using tummy muscles including sit ups/kind of. and I just cant do them without my tummy going up in a point! which im sure is bad for yout muscles.
help,how can I do it without my muscles going even worse????!
i feel SO weak in myself. :(
feel feel shit now rather than good.
and I dont have a mat or the right pillows, but i just cant get comfy on my bottom spinal part.
really pissed off now ;(
