Sickness and dioreah along with uti cant keep down antibiotics???!!

I ended up at my maternity day assment unit yesterday and I have a uti and antibiotics prescribed iv had them before I started them last night and also had a curry with dh I eoke at 3am with terrible tummy pains and I have been being sick ever since aling with some dioreah I cant kerp down anything just sipping water I cant take my antibiotics either??
Assment unit said take anither antibiotic and hope for the best but they have to be taken on a full tummy and thr thought of taking anything fills me with dread!!
Any advice?

Didn't want to leave yr post unanswered. Sounds very unpleasant:( hopefully the tummy bug will just last a day? Then the antibiotics can get to work. Make sure you take a probiotic drink like yakult or actimel whilst on the ABs as ABs can irritate the tummy which is not great if you've already got an upset tummy. Hope you feel better soon:)

Thank you iv got some lucozade to re hydrate me and I havnt been sick for a couple of hours but godh thid is no fn on top of a already rubbish pregnancy xx

Hi ems eek I can't imagine being sick in pregnancy. pants for you. hope you feel better soon. I would get some pro biotics, the drinks you can get are full of sugar, but these are good www.nutrigold.co.uk/probiotics.html although a bit pricey. or as soon as you feel a bit better take lots of plain yoghurt. If you can stomach it, the most neutral things for your tum are boiled brown rice and carrots (cooked). get well.

Go back and ask for the same prescription in suppository form.
