Hello. I'm 6+2 and feeling beyond exhausted! Yesturday I basically did sod all, then slept for about 3 hours after lunch, then went to bed at 9pm and didn't wake up til nearly 9 this morning!

I'm on holiday this week but I'm really worried about going back to work on monday

Are there any (non caffine) ways of boosting my energy so I can get through the day without falling asleep?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Not that I know of - you're in the peak knackered stage and it's normal but a PITA! It'll pass soon, just get through it as best you can.

It will get a bit better in a few weeks. For the time being just do as little as possible and rest when you aren't in work so you don't fall asleep whilst you are there.

Sad

I work from 7:30am until 6pm 3 days a week (as a childminder), then I'm at college all day the other 2 days.

I have a 5 year old DS.

How am I going to cope?

I feel your pain OP, but it really will get better in just a few weeks.

Be as easy on yourself as you can and remember, it will pass. xx

I'm feeling much better today. DH reckons I had a bug on top of being pregnant. I'm not sure, maybe baby was having a growth spurt or something. I felt like I had the flu!
