Cramping 6 weeks pregnant second baby

Hi- I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my second an keep experiencing period like cramping on and off. No spotting thank goodness. I didn't get this so early with my first- but I did around 20 weeks. Eek should I be worried?

I'm just over 5 weeks pregnant and I've also been having some cramping on and off. They usually last about 30 seconds. From reading things people have written on other threads I think that cramping is normal? In fact, it's the only symptom I have so far!

I'm 6 weeks today - saw my GP Friday and mentioned some cramping, and she said it was normal and not to worry unless I was spotting. Hth x

It could also be wind and/or constipation. Pregnancy can cause sluggish digestion.
