Bleeding, dull stomach pain, migrane - 5 weeks pregnant.

I recently found out I was pregnant with a clearblue digital test, I have had sore breasts and have not liked the smell of things. I am 4 weeks and 5 days since my last period. I have had a dull pain in my stomach for a couple of days now, then yesterday I got an awful migrane and then when I went to the toilet there was a bit of blood, then in the night there was a bit more blood, now today theres also been a bit in my underware, really worried what is going to happen can anyone help? Thank you.

Have you been to your GP?

Any bleeding should be reported to your midwife/gp.

I went to the GP this morning he said that it could be a chemical pregnancy, but I've had two positive tests, he said if I continue to bleed I will probably miscarry but if it stops I might be ok, I don't know how much pain I would be in?

I'm really sorry chloe I'm not sure, but at this stage I'd assume not much more than period pain?

Fwiw headaches are quite common in early pregnancy and I wouldn't worry about that at all. Fingers crossed for you xx
