Tara Lee's is very good. Is there another one in your area? Next town over maybe? How about Aqua Natal at your local pool, that's great fun and you could do a class on top of the yoga video so you were still getting out of the house.

Also rate Tara Lee. If you've had a practice prior to pregnancy, yogaglo (american site with subscription monthly fee) offers streamed classes ver the internet You log in and then they have different classes on offer and a good selection of pre and post natal classes on there to mix things up a bit. Not appropriate though if you're new to yoga and are just exploring in pregnancy when Tara Lee's dvd would be much better.

:-) I should get mine Thursday depending on the post!

I will try to do it when DD is in bed or when she's napping and I'm not busy!

How often? Every day?
