Can you tell if babies head engadges??

Iv bern getgi.g alot of presdure In my bits over tge last few days and my bumps drooped it feels pretty empty at the top now?
this also goes with another post that I started friday due to lots of period pains in my low tummy and back.
could this all be due to the babys head getting very low it feels like its in my bits?!
