Basically I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I'm not sure if its implantation bleeding or miscarriage because on thursday I wiped my self and there was VERY! Light blood went toilet again wiped myself there was nothing there for the rest of the night then the following day on friday I had loads! Of blood but it wasn't like a menstrual cycle it was bright red but it only appeared on the tissues not in the toilet then on saturday it was bright red with tiny clots but I had NO cramps or pains what so ever? And there was only blood on the tissue when I wiped. Today I've still been bleeding but the bloods a reddy brown and looks abit watery? I feel like I've lost some of my pregnancy symptoms? Like I don't have tender breasts or morning sickness but i still need to pee frequently and always feel the. need to sleep? Can someone please help me and tell me what it is could it be implantation bleeding or something else? PLEASE HELP?x

Sounds very like what happened to me. I called the NHS24 (Scottish equivalent of NHS Direct) on the evening of the heavy bleed and they sent me in for a scan that night and it turned out OK, they called it a 'threatened miscarriage' and signed me off work for a week to rest. I really hope it works out OK for you too, I'm guessing you've gone to bed now, but I'd get in touch with your GP first thing in the morning. Wishing you all the best.
