hi, i'm 24 weeks pregnant and today have come down with a flu like illness, i'm really hot but shivery, have watery eyes a banging headache and my chest feels like its on fire.
I'm certain its just a bug but am wondering if i need to get checked out? The baby is moving lots so i'm not too concerned, what do you think??
