I can't help answer your question at all, but am bumping up your thread so hopefully someone more knowledgable than me can help you out x

More than likely to be round ligament pain if it's constant, I suffered with this when DS was dropping lower. Keep track of it, and if it starts coming in regular waves, call the mw or labour ward for your own peace of mind

Thanks ladies!
I have had a very uncomfertable day with occasional painfull tightnings and the period pains in my back and tummy are pretty strong and achy with lots of discharge I think if its still going tomorrow I may call labour ward and just see what they advice?!

How are you feeling today? Did you ring labour ward? When I had ligament pain it wasn't painful tightening and no obvious discharge, hope everything is ok.

Have you rung your midwife yet? They can best tell you whether its a good idea to be seen today or to wait until Tuesday.

If the answer is that its a good idea to wait then it will have taken 5 mins of your time, and if its a good idea to see someone today then its best to find out sooner than later.
