I don't want to scare but this happened to me a few days before my due date. Turned out her growth had slowed down and I was induced. She's fine now but she was better on the outside.

It might be different though for you, baby still has room so perhaps has moved into a position which you can't feel as much and is further into your back.

Please get checked out, if only to keep me quiet

If you have noticed reduced movements then you must get yourself checked out straightaway. You'll probably spend a nerve-wracking hour strapped up to a CTG and go home feeling sheepish when all's well but you simply must check.

I remember doing this at DAU with dd1. and she was ok. i will ring my MW tomorrow then. Thank you guys x
