Said DS1 to me as I was getting him ready for bed!!
SOB
I'm only 7 weeks, almost 8, but he's right!
I've bloated out massively already, that went down but am now definitely carrying an extra layer of podge.
I have nothing to wear and no idea how to hide this for another 4 weeks!

It's all the bloody carbs I'm troughing I guess but it's all I can manage at the moment.

It's always easier to blow a balloon up twice! Grin Just dig out your maternity trousers and be done with it. Hide them under a big jumper if you really want to, nobody will question the clothing because the weather is so chuffing cold.

I was in maternity wear at about 8 weeks second time round. At eleven weeks a stranger in a queue asked me when I was due Hmm

Ah, this is #3 - I shouldn't be surprised I guess...
Off baggy top shopping tomorrow!

With youngest I was being offered seats on the bus by 10 weeks.

Now he is 16 weeks old. The other day I was cuddling with my 4 y/o and he said "mummy, your tummy feels like jelly"! I thin he thought that was a compliment Blush

I am preg with DC2 and have also looked noticeably larger from about 7 weeks.
My top tip of the week is wearing DH's jumpers - it's all I wear ATM (at 11 weeks). It is so cold I am hoping no-one notices. I am so swamped by them you can't see my tummy at all. Result!
If I wear normal clothes I look about 5 months pregnant. Or v fat.

I was back at previous weight etc getting pregnant, I just popped right away. Congratulations by the way Smile

I was asked when I was expecting dc2 before I'd even got a BFP! Blush Definitely agree with the balloon theory for the early days, although if it makes you feel better, at 39 weeks I think I'm smaller than at the same point last time

I was bigger at 8 weeks than i was at 20 lol serious water retention!! Everyone was asking if I was pregnant - I lied for weeks it was horrible!
