37+1 and getting shooting pains

Any advice anyone? I seem to be getting shooting pain which feels (tmi alert), like someone has tied a piece of string to my cervix and is pulling it. Happens about every half an hour...

I get them occasionally, its the baby positioning it's head in your cervix. I am 38 weeks.
