Snacks to take to hospital

Even though DS is only 15 months old I cannot for the life of me remember what snacks I took for labour/post birth. What are you taking? I've heard dried apricots are good for helping for that first post-natal poo so was going to get some and maybe some other dried fruit. I do remember feeling so hungry waiting to be fed because (and i'm sure it's the same everywhere) the meals were tiny and far apart so what can I take that would be more filling? It took forever to get painkillers out of the mw's last time so i'm not going to even bother asking for a slice of toast.

Dried apricots, biscuits and cereal bars last time, will do the same this time.
