Whiteheads to rival Beavis and Butthead

Is anyone else experiencing outbreaks of filthy whiteheads around their nose? They literally appear from nowhere throughout the day scaring my colleagues and making me feel very sad!

I wake up with at least a new one each day its sooooo embarrasing, i usually have real english rose type skin, pink and glowy but i just look like some pubesent throw back.
Ugh, i feel like crap!
