Woke up with unexplained diarrhea?

Woke up this morning 6am with sudden diarrhea, no cramps, been 4/5 times since, no cramps.

Last ate at 930pm (pasta and sauce)

34 weeks now.

Feel very thirsty dispite drinking lots of water (2 litres yesterday)

Had headache since 6 pm last night, no visual problems.

Bp normal this morning (history of pe)

Just a bug and im over worried?

There is a bug going around just now. Give it a few hours and see how it feels. If not improving call your midwife.
