Is it to long to wait??

I'm 12 weeks on Tuesday and had my dating scan at excatly 10 weeks, My next midwife appointment is'nt until the end of the month now so it's going to be 6 weeks in total before I see someone. I feel like this is ages away and really want to announce the pregnancy at 12 weeks!! But also feel what if something has gone wrong? Should I wait until the end of feb when I've seen the midwife or is the way of checking that everythings ok?

I personally would announce at 12 weeks as planned. You've seen the baby and the chance of mc has dropped dramatically.

But then I told ppl at 7 weeks cos I can't keep a secret! Was happy to have support if needed.
