33 weeks and less vigorous movements

My LO has been super active, but the last couple days her movements have gotten less vigorous. I don't think they've gotten less frequent, although the bouts seem to be a bit shorter. But she used to do things knock a book I was resting on my belly so hard it bounced, and she's not doing that anymore. I don't know if I should be worried or if she's just getting bigger and so has less space to wind up a good punch or kick.

I can feel her almost anytime I want -- I just sit quietly for a while and start talking, and I'll get a bump or two within 15 minutes or less. So that is encouraging. I had my last check up on Wed, and my next one is a week from Tue, in week 34. I don't know if I should call someone or I am just being paranoid.

If you feel concerned then give your MW a call. Always better to play on the safe side. Although your baby is probably absolutely fine, any change to your baby's regular pattern of movement is worth getting checked out.

Sorry, I meant to add -always trust your instincts. If you're a little bit concerned then make a call Smile
