Hi

I am due in 8 weeks. I already have a 9 month old who will be 11 months when newborn is born. I wondered if i could use a cot divider for them instead of buying another cot We currently have a HUGE cot bed that DD sleeps in.

I thought of laying them horizontially instead of vertically....
Does anyone think its a bad idea...

I would really appreciate a response as i cant find any answers on the internet that ARE NOT about twins...........

Thanks in advance!!

:)

Is the cot in your room? I wouldn't be happy sleeping a newborn baby anywhere else.

Won't the newborn constantly wake the 11 month old?

I have twins and didn't use one but I know several people who did. They all said that the babies grew out of their section prettu quiclky. I can't imagine an 11 month old would fit for long and they'll be able to climb over it in no time.

I wouldn't bother meself.

I wouldnt the baby will wake the 11month old also the 11month old could climb in and swuash the baby x

I also have twins and never used one. I think the older one would work around it anyway.
