Can anyone advise? I want to get the natal hypnotherapy VBAC CDs - two CDs, one for 'letting go' of negative thoughts and one for birth prep, they just come as a set of two CDs. I've seen the 4-CD set which is for 'normal' birth and it includes a CD of music - I think you're supposed to listen to this during birth? So I assume you need the cd of music, but do I really need to buy the 4-CD set to get it?
