Irregular cervix tissue - scarred?

Sonographer mentioned this at 12 week scan (last scan I was told I had a tilted womb?!). Has anyone else had irregular cervix tissue or scarring? I was told it was well closed so shouldn't be a problem during pg?

Not sure how I've developed this, had a tough first labour? Just wondered if anyone else has had this and what, if anything it means!

Tia.

Yes I have scarring from an erpc. I was told that it was fine because I have a long cervix but had it been shorter I would have needed a stitch.

A friend of mine has scarring on a short cervix and had monthly scans from around 20 weeks to make sure it was ok.

Her DS is 8 weeks now and my dd is 15 weeks so it was all fine Grin

Thanks Velvet think I was just surprised to hear that and then wondered what it meant.
