rock hard bump

my bump has suddenly gone rock hard and my back has started killing just under bra strap line. MW is on holiday.
any ideas? feels nothing like BH!

How many weeks are you? Maybe call your GP?

Is this your first? I remember that my braxton hicks became more painful further on in the pregnancy. Otherwise have you strained anything or bumped yourself at all? Has your bump relaxed now or still rock hard?

yep first 1. its eased a bit now ive sat down and ive got 2 kittens for hot water bottles purring on it lol

I've had a particularly difficult day at work today, and when I left at 3pm my bump was rock solid. Have de-stressed a little now and it's all relaxed again. Smile
