Hi,

I know I won't be on my own with this, but I have had very few symptoms from about 6 weeks. I'm tired (not as much lately) and have slightly sore boobs but other than that any sickness I may have had disapeared at about week 5-6. I've been driving myself crackers - I had a scan at 7.5 week and all was fine :) am now 11 weeks and waiting for scan next week but have so many negative thoughts flying around in my head!!!!! :(

Wondered what kind of symptoms everyone else had???

Thanks for any feedback that you can give me x

It's a long time ago, but with DS1 I was exactly the same as you. He's 12 now. Try not to worry.

I'd do a snoopy dance and be grateful Smile

I had hardly any symptoms when I was pregnant with DS. I felt a little sick every now and then in the first trimester, but not very often, and I never actually vomited. DH reminded me recently that I would complain about not feeling pregnant - even when I had a huge bump that entered the room 5 minutes before I did Grin

It's very normal, so don't worry. When I saw how hard the first trimester was on some of my friends, I felt very grateful.

Grin snoopy dance

What you are experiencing can and does happen - is not a sign of anything awful and is far preferable to the alternative. Relax and enjoy your bump. Grin

Thankyou all :o I have a son but he is 10 so it's hard to recall the early stages, but saying that I think it was evening sickness mid pregnancy that is what I had with him.

Positive thinking from now on :)

I am preg with DC1 and only 9+2 weeks so can't be much help. However, I had an early scan a week ago which was all fine and the sonographer said that once they have seen that everything is fine there is a 95% that it will continue to be so. I'm holding onto that until my 12 week scan in 2 and a half weeks!

Also, I have only had mild MS (no actual sickness just nausea and odd appetite), increased need to pee and tiredness and I think symptoms vary for everyone.

Yes, positive thinking!

Thanks, I think same symptoms for me. I had a scan at 7.5 weeks and yeah they said heartbeat then clases it as a viable heartbeat and only 3% i was told, risk of m/c.

Fingers crossed!!!! :)

All the best with your pregnancy!!!! xx

I am currently 12 weeks pregenant with my first (had an early miscarriage six months ago) and haven't really had any symptons......have only been sick once, have heartburn occassionally, am tired but not overwhelmingly so and haven't had any food cravings/aversions. So naturally the lack of symptons was something that worried me. However, I've just been for my 12 week scan this morning and there is definetely a baby happily swimming around in there and everything seems fine, so I guess I'm just one of those lucky ones - let's hope the rest of the pregnancy goes as smoothly too.

Am sure everything will be fine with your pregnancy, best of luck with your pregnancy :)

Hi there - congratulations! I'm currently 32+5 (with my first), and had no symptoms at all till well after the 12 week scan, other than needing to pee more often. Though I do seem to be doing the whole thing backwards, as morning sickness kicked in at 16 weeks, and has only got worse since then...

Sarah8101 · 03/02/2012 08:08

Sorry, next question-bit grouse too! I currently have a water infection and am on anti biotocs..I have had a weird discharge which I couldn't class one colour, it's kind of dark yellow, maybe with tint of red(but not obvious)with clumps..this happens when I open my bowels.

Sorry I know it's not nice to hear but I wondered whether anyone had a uti and if this is the norm? X

Hi Sarah,

I am 10+4 and first pregnancy and most my pregnancy symptoms seemed to have resolved around week 8-9.. thought i was going to feel rubbish up until week 12, some tiredness and sore boobs still but nothing like in the beginning.. telling myself not to worry too much and got 12 week scan in 8 days time x

nearlymumofone · 05/02/2012 15:19

I'm 11 weeks (scan in 8 days), and all my morning sickness (which was pretty bad) has seem to gone and my tiredness doesn't seem as bad either. The crazy acne I broke out in has also pretty much cleared up. I said this to the midwife the other day and she said that a lot people worry when this happens at about 10-11 weeks but it's normal as your hormones are calming down at this stage. Good luck.

Sarah8101 · 10/02/2012 12:44

Hiya, I thought I'd just post to say that I have had a scan - am at 12w 4days and everything is fine - Baby kicking legs around etc and good heartbeat. Maybe now I will start to relax :)
