Fewer symptoms 2nd time round?

1st pregnancy I had hideous all day nausea, vomiting and hyper-salivation from 5+3.
I do not wish this again but now just past that date and othing but bigger boobs to speak of....which I can feel is already making me fear an issue of some kind....so did anyone else have this and a perfectly healthy baby?

I'm now 18 weeks, and have had virtually no symptoms. The ones I have had - wind, bloating, bad skin - are not ones I had last time, and they came later. You may yet find yourself suffering. Congratulations!

I'm 8 weeks with DC2 and have to say I do feel a lot better than the first time. I still feel sick most days at some point, but the constant retching, the awful tiredness, they haven't appeared - so far!
