I dont know if im going through one of those broody stages at the moment my youngest just turnt 2 yrs and ive another of 6 yrs. I have this feeling that i really want another baby but my partner doesnt agree he likes having two not that he does any of the hard work! Every one tells me that im still young at the age of 24 and have plenty of time but i dont want to start all over again at thirty. Also last week i had a health scare its all sorted now but it really made me think about my life and just how short and preciuos it really is. Now im just out to do the things i want to do. Does anyone understand ?

I understand completely. I really want another one but finances are holding me back. I'm 25 and everyone says to me that there is plenty of time but I don't want another one at 30. Think that there is a another broody thread at the moment but can't remember the title, perhaps we should go join it?

don't knock having one at thirty i'm 33 soon to be 34 and dd is 6.5months and I definitely want another one!! need a bigger house first tho so we are extending this year and then going to try again xmas time (fingers crossed)

i too am wavering towards wanting no3 - and you do have plenty of time - I was 34 with dd1, 36 with dd2 and would be at least 38 with a third......

But I am having episodes of extreme broodiness - my dd2 is just 15 months old though and I think it may be prompted by the fact that she is no longer a baby.

i would love more kids and mine are still only young. Ds is 2.3 and dd is 5wks. My dh only wants 2 and its killing me as I love being a mum. I am 28 and the idea of never having anymore really upsets me. Can also understand not wanting to start again after a gap.
