ouch, ouch, ouch! I have really nasty pinching pain in my pelvis, right between my legs and on my bum bone (sorry don't know clinical term!) had some hip pain in my last pregnancy but nothing like this. Is it SPD? could it be anything more sinister? It is actually stopping me walking properly, though I have only had it since this morning - might it go away again or am I done for?
