Oh good Lord I am so tired. I have done nothing for the past 3 days other than drink ribena, watch tv and sleep and STILL I am tired. MW said this normal. I could sleep standing up. Normally I'm super unsleepy. Now I'm Sleepy Sleepison!!

How far gone are you? I'm only 5 weeks and have never felt so tired! Don't remember this quite so early from last time!

I was the same (even drinking lots of Ribena) only started to feel normal about 14/15 weeks. It's a tiredness I didn't even no was possible. Don't think there's anything you can do to help it. My tips ...try sleep in the day I am lucky I could do this at work, or could pop to mums in my lunch break for a power nap, and if ur on a train or bus set your alarm if u know your journey length so u can sleep and not miss your stop - I did this daily lol. I also went to bed at 8.30/9 most nights lol not very sociable but it was the only way I could focus - especially as I was randomly waking up at 5.30am every morning!
The good thing is when your energy levels come back to normal in the lovely 2nd trimester you'l feel amazing because your used to feeling so rubbish! I'm now 27 weeks and am feeling the tiredness creeping back Sad

Oh good because I'm a teacher and I feel really guilty and crap at the moment, normally work with the kids till 7.30pm on extra curric stuff but at moment can't face it - nice to know there might be a return to normal for a bit Smile
