With my pregnancy with DD, I photographed bump each week, home videos of bump moving etc, kept my pregnancy journal up to date.

Am nearly 24weeks with DC2, and I have only taken about 3 photos so far, few diary entries and just feel terrible :(

I have had a hell of a lot going on, but I was planning on atleast taking a photo each week, and also a weekly diary entry. I am really going to try now.

I dont know why I feel the need to beat myself up about it. got so much going on right now (and have since December) DP isnt present right now, and is due the day before baby is due. but I want this baby to have the same records as DD.

And also, is it me, or when you are pregnant with a 2nd/3rd/4th+ child - no one seems to care as much. if anything you need more support & interest!

Oh don't feel guilty! You are bound to be busier with another child to look after let alone other life circumstances. I kept a diary with DD1 but not with DS just didn't have the time. Later siblings benefit so much more from your actual experience not just the entries you've written or photos you've taken.

I suppose once you've done it once people assume you know what your doing and can just get on with things. You should ask if you want help though. That's what friends and family are for Smile

You're busy with other kids!

you tend to do all the novelty stuff with the first , as you have the time!

if it makes you feel better I still havent filled my sons record book in!
