chickenpox risk at 20 weeks

I am twenty weeks pregnant and I have never had chicken pox even when DS had it 18months ago.
A friend is coming to visit this weekend and her DD has been exposed to a child with it - she has had a temp but no rash.
Is it a risk for them to come to stay?
Would my doctor/midwife be able to advise?
Could i be naturally immune?

I am at the hospital tomorrow for my 20 week scan - wonder if I could find out there?
too many questions!!!

I'm in the same dilemma, my two sons have had chicken pox in the ask 4 wks. And I had assumed I had them before, but now my mums not sure if I have had them as a child. I am now waiting in blood test results to check my immunity. I thought I had a few spots the other day, but they haven't developed in to blisters so hopefully that a gd sign.

As for exposure, because the child is contagious before the spots appear, it may be wise to avoid the situation just in case. Although with your child having them before and you not catching, it would maybe lead me to believe that you are actually immune. A simple blood test will put your mind at ease tho!
