What do I wear?? Am 5 months, second baby - very definitely showing if I wear anything vaguely tailored/smart.
Do I go smart and no hiding it?
Or baggy and ambiguous?

Obviously I will tell them if I get offered anything - just didn't before as assumed I'd be written off....

Hugely grateful for any advice!

Wear what you feel most comfortable in, try on both options and se how you feel as this will probably impact your chances of getting the job more than anything.

I went for the honesty route. I wore smart clothes and didn't mention it until they asked me when I could start. Then I told them I would want to start either immediately or in September this year (baby should be 6 months). They thanked me for being honest and told me they would contact me closer to the date if they have anything free or I can apply to them again.
DH however, was furious and didn't speak to me for weeks except to make comments about how stupid I was. He said I shouldn't have said anything and told them on the first day of work. I thought that was underhand and wouldn't exactly create a good atmosphere, they would have sacked me in the probation period and I would probably be blacklisted if I ever wanted to apply there again. (As I'm limited geographically, there are only a handful of companies I can apply to).

It depends on how desperately you need the job, if you have one already that you are happy to stay in until your due date, and what you personally feel comfortable doing.
