Exploding Ovary Type Pain - is this an SPD/PGP Symptom??

I get this sometimes when I turn over in bed, or sometimes when I get up from the sofa. It's generally on the right-hand side and it's an exploding pain that doesn't last long but is sodding excrutiating while it does last.

The location/feeling is basically what I imagine an exploding ovary would feel like! OK maybe it's less painful than that would be, but I have no idea how else to descibe it.

Has anyone else heard of/experienced this?

I am twenty one weeks and get this along with pain low in abdomen and at some times higher up. Have been told it's probably muscles or ligaments. Did go to hospital but they said unless very bad pain for a while and blood or waters gone unlikely to be issue other than growth. Remain nervous as had three bleeds so far and take paracetemol every day but think it is not unusual x

Saying all that better safe than sorry and would tell doctor
