I can't even find the words to describe the sensations. Its not painful, its not quite cramp, maybe pulling, jostling, movement, but whatever it is its really uncomfortable. So much so I get really breathless and want to stop and lean against a wall with head between my knees (I dont, but that's what I want to do). I just slow right down and sometimes it will pass and I can walk again at a reasonable pace.
Up until about 7 wks pregnant I ran, did spinning 4 times a week so I had a good level of fitness. Now I can't even get to the bottom of the road.
I dont think its the LO, scan couple of weeks ago and everything fine, is it just growing pains perhaps?? Any advice greatly appreciated...

Can it be SPD? Not the breathlessness bit though. There's an ongoing thread here on this forum on SPD or try google.

I'm 24 weeks with twins and since about 18 weeks, when I walk I get sort of a pulling sensation around my lower abdomen, a sense of weight, with breathlessness and a feeling as if my stomach was being shoved up my windpipe... is it anything like that? The MW just said it was the uterus stretching etc etc and scans have looked OK - when I feel it I tell the OH that the kids are giving each other piggy backs again!
