Hi All, I am pregnant with my second and am struggling to find a week night anti-natal yoga class that starts at 7.30pm or afterwards in East London - (Near Leytonstone). Every class seems to start beforehand and is too difficult to get too with my son's bedtime at 7! Any suggestions? Thanks

If you're off on Mondays in the day you can go here and bring your son. It's 11-1215 and it's a baby and toddler friendly class for mums. the kids lie next to you if tiny or run around and play in the middle if toddling. you can do a proper class. (it's not yoga for babies, it's yoga for mums and the babies/toddlers are there). It's £36 for drop in for 6 classes, and held in a hall on a random big estate opposite Haggerston Park (end near Sebright Children's Centre), but the teacher is great. I've been going every week since my daughter was 6 weeks and she's 2 now and i've got another on the way. Lili's licensed to do pregnancy yoga, but does a normal class and moderates it. Also teaches a Wednesday night class there, again a normal but moderated again, from 730 for more experienced yogi types.

Google maps Kent Street before you go. It's hard to find first time. Bring your own map and some snacks/toys for your baby/toddler.
