26+4 need a good old moan! seriously fed up!

Sorry to put the burdon on anyone..just need to get this out my system...I feel like utter cr*p. This is DS2 and I am really struggling to cope, unbeleiable pains, braxton hicks, nausea, no appetite, constantly down, in a bad mood my poor DP has had enough. No motivation to do anything, back aches ridiculous...don't think I've ever felt so bad!

This is my first one hun but all the things your describing I had. My partner refused to believe there was anything wrong with me and just kept having a go. Now ive not worked since October as Im signed off with depression. Never had it before but apparantly it can hit anyone at any time!
Aches and pains are applified if your mind isnt in the right place. I was put onto a baby safe anti depressant called Sertraline. You can safely take up to 200mg of the drug without any problems. Im 34 weeks and baby is still doing all the normal things. Im also under a CBT specialist which the NHS is paying for due to being preggers.
Best thing to do is go to you GP and explain everything about how your feeling. Write it down in a list so you dont forget anything. Sometimes it helps to just get it out with someone else. Is DP supportive? If he is you are your very lucky!

Oh that sounds familiar too!! Im not gonna do the usual "leave him" thing, cos I believe everyone can change for the better.

He is probably the main reason you are so down. I bet you've tried explaining how you feel etc and it falls on deaf ears?

At the end of the day hun its abuse.

Please make an appointment to see your gp or midwife and explain to them how you feel. Dont take him with you.
