Hi

I'm 30 weeks preg and last night I contracted for about an hour. Really strong nd about 5 mins apart. I took paracetamol and it wore off a little and I managed to sleep. Woke up this morning and felt sick and had a loose poop and had a head ache all day :(
I got a bit worried because I had my DD at 34 weeks when my waters just randomly broke 8 months ago.

Maybe it was trapped wind or Braxton hicks?
Can anyone help?

call the midwife. You have form for a prem delivery, and those signs are worth checking in to. Good luck.

I'm afraid I can't help but with your history I would be straight to the Doc's just to get checked out. It is probably just Braxton Hicks but if you are worried go in or phone NHS24 :)
