I don't live in the UK and it's the middle of the night here. For days I have not been able to sleep - I'm talking maybe 3 hours a night. And I can't keep anything larger than a biscuit down.
Dr says it's normal at 38 wks but I am SO miserable.
Have taken the lowest dose of Benadryl to see if that makes me sleepy but I think I might cry... Again...

Any tips at all?

Just wanted to sympathise, have been through similar stages. I just did the usual hot baths & milky drinks but also had some bachs night rescue remedy & body shop do a sleep oil to put on pillow if you can get hold of these. Acupuncture also works really well to get me back into sleep zone but you could try a few accupressure points www.holistichealthtools.com/insomnia.html
Now you are 38 weeks you could give refllexology a go, that makes me sleepy also is supposed to help prepare for labour. I hope you start to feel better soon xxx
